Pinning insurance has always treated me with respect,professionalism, great values and responsive is an understatement. I speak of every single person I dealt with there,but I must especially shout out Mrs Margaret she has treated me like royalty since day one, greatly appreciated.

Okay! So far so good 😊 👍 Mr. Jamahl Sutton is the best agent!!! Literally a professionally cool person 😎. Down to earth! Explains everything in simple terms for simple and naive people like me who know nothing about the car game! Thank you for your awesome 👏 customer service skills 😁... I’m trying to live my best life with state insurance right now and it’s working out GREAT so far 😋..... I just pray 🙏really pray 🤞I don’t hit nobody 😭

Pinning Insurance is an amazing company. Jamahl amazed me by calling me today to offer a much better deal. He took time to explain to me all details of the new policy. Jamahl is a great professional ready to help his clients with patience, kindness and he obviously looking for their best interest. I am very grateful to Jamahl and Pinning Insurance for their amazing services. I can only recommend strongly this company and Jamahl to anyone looking for the best car insurance deal. I have been with Pinning Insurance before I could even drive. Margaret Niamath was my mother's agent when I was a child, she has been my agent since I've had my licence and now she is my children's agent. That's about 40 years of great service past down for generations. I will be a loyal customer of ms. Margaret and Pinning Insurance for the rest of my life. This post is not long enough to thank Ms. Margaret for all the years of help and service no matter when or what I have needed she has always been there for me and my family. Thank you so much for everything, Ms. Margaret and Pinning Insurance!!!!

Jamal is a keeper. He has Great customer service. He help me out with a huge problem. Margret is wonderful. Pinning Insurance and their staff are Amazing. I have ben with them a few years now.

Ms Robin is very helpful. You can tell that she loves what she do. She was so helpful alot of things I didn't understand and she too the time to explain and walk me through everything and I really appreciate it. I had a great experience with this company they are very respectful they listen and help you get what you need to have at affordable prices.

My customer service experience with Mr. Jamal was very splendid . I called in rage after receiving a bill in the mall that I didn’t quit understand and he was able to break the ice calm my demeanor all while explaining to me all the necessary things I needed to know about my insurance policy. I greatly appreciate his service this morning and definitely appreciate him taking his time to explain throughout my frustration.

Jamal was great!! He made the entire process extremely easy and taught me a lot about car insurance as we looking to obtain quotes. As a someone who was looking to obtain a my own policy for the first time, his help was greatly appreciated. Excellent service!
